Roundtable: Low Temperature Heating Consultation

The role of a heating engineer and system installer is changing. Simply opting to replace on a like for like basis will not remain the norm as the domestic heating industry responds to the UK government’s legally set targets for net-zero carbon emissions. Following the recent low temperature heating training consultation managed by the CIPHE, a panel discusses its findings, installer voiced support and concerns, and the next steps for educating the existing and new workforce as the heating industry adapts.

Panel:
Paul Harmer – CIPHE
Martyn Bridges – Worcester Bosch
Ilias Versais – Ecuity
Mark Wilkins – Vaillant
Graham Wright – Daikin
Ian Rippin – MCS
