Samsung Climate Solutions’ brand new installer loyalty scheme, Climate Club, is now live and ready for installers to join the programme.
Designed to support Samsung’s valued community of installers, the scheme rewards installers across both eligible heating and cooling products. It accommodates those who purchase directly from Samsung or through its valued distributors and wholesalers.
By purchasing eligible Samsung outdoor units, installers can be recognised for their loyalty with rewards and benefits that get progressively better.
How does Climate Club work?
Climate Club offers installers the opportunity to earn Club Points and Reward Points by purchasing eligible outdoor units from Samsung’s heating and cooling product range.
Club points will move installers through four tiers, which increase in levels from Bronze, Silver, Gold, through to Platinum. All installers enter the loyalty scheme as a Bronze member and can work their way through each tier to become Platinum members.
Once installers reach the Silver tier, they can start redeeming their Reward Points in the rewards marketplace.
How can installers claim points?
Points can be claimed in multiple ways through the Climate Club website:
- Serial number – take a photo or manually enter the first 14 digits of the product’s serial number, found either on the product or its packaging.
- Climate Club Claims Table – if you buy directly from Samsung, your purchase will appear in your claims table, ready to claim.
- Mobile device – scan the barcode on the product packaging for a quick and seamless claim process.
What are the rewards?
Reward points can be redeemed against a rewards marketplace that contains thousands of items, ranging from gadgets to household accessories and fashion.
