In one of the biggest years ever for The CIPHE, the professional body has again been confirmed as a partner of the Heating Installer Awards which are returning for the 11th consecutive year.
The Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering’s (CIPHE) role in the awards is crucial: the organisation is involved at every stage of the judging process, from judging the case studies to setting and scoring the technical challenge undertaken by each finalist. It is, in part, due to this this impartial support that the awards continue to thrive and grow in popularity year-on-year.
Tim Sainty, Membership Director at The CIPHE comments: “As the Heating Installer Awards enters its 11th year, the awards continue to be known as the one that all installers want to win. We take an extremely active role in the awards, and quite right too.
“As the industry’s only Professional Body, we wear many hats; we talk to Government about policy that will affect our members, and we’re also here to support and represent the hundreds of thousands of plumbers and heating installers across the UK too. Ensuring a fair judging process that truly uncovers the best-of-the-best is a role we take seriously and one which we’re delighted to be able to support again this year.”
Each year the Heating Installer Awards holds a search for the best installers in the nation. The competition builds a positive conversation in the industry and promotes excellent heating installers and their work, which can often go unrecognised. Winners and finalists are presented with a year’s membership to The CIPHE as one of the prizes on offer.
Tim continues: “The next 12 months will be extremely busy for us. We are hosting the World Plumbing Conference alongside InstallerSHOW 2026, and lots of meetings are taking place already to ensure it is a resounding success. Anyone wishing to find out more can contact us and we’ll be happy to help.”
As well as membership to The CIPHE, this year’s winner of the awards are being treated to a prize package worth over £10,000 including an all expenses paid three-night trip to Demark to visit Danfoss HQ, sponsor products, shopping vouchers, media training and more.
Entry to the Heating Installer Awards is free of charge for heating installers who have what it takes to win. Entries are open to all UK-based installers, and will be taken via the Heating Installer Awards’ website from 6th October 2025. Anyone wishing to pre-register can do so, and a member of the support team will call them back in October to assist with the entry.
