The plumbing and heating industry continues to face a huge skills crisis and, currently, there is little sign of progress. 

The industry has already made considerable adjustments to meet the target of a 31% reduction in carbon emissions produced by new build homes, as set out in the recent amendments to Part L of the Building Regulations. 

Climate change and the growing population are increasingly putting strain on our water resources. In fact, according to DEFRA’s Plan for Water, the UK uses 14 billion litres of water every day and will need 4 billion more by 2024.
