Make a complaint
All members of the CIPHE voluntarily commit to abide by the Code of Professional Standards. Members who contravene any of the six points of the Code, can make themselves liable for a formal complaint to be made against them.
The CIPHE offers a fair and independent complaints service with the aim of amicably resolving grievances.
Decisions reached by the investigation Panel and the Disciplinary Committee will be communicated to both parties. However, the Chartered Institute has no obligation to inform either party how or why any such decision was reached or to give details of any Disciplinary Sanction that is given.
