CPD Record Sheet

The image below shows the CIPHE CPD record sheet that can be used to record your annual CPD activity. The same sheet can also be used by GreenPlumb members to record their GreenPlumb CPD activity. The record sheet is an interactive Microsoft Excel spreadsheet which will automatically calculate total CPD hours and will differentiate GreenPlumb hours from other CPD hours.
