Strategic Plan

The CIPHE and its members will need to address many challenges in the future
including technological advances due to global warming and future water and fuel
shortages.

This document sets out our plans and priorities for the next three years and shows
how our activities support our Objects, Purpose, Vision and Mission. CIPHE activity
embraces the normal day to day tasks together with new initiatives and essential
actions. They are grouped under five strands embracing the key areas.
The plan provides a framework for prioritising our work and emphasises the
contribution and commitment required from volunteers and staff in ensuring that the
CIPHE continues to thrive in the years ahead.
